Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, a suitable meals are important. These are some of the steps you can take to maintain your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is essential for health and wellness and it'll also keep your urinary track clean.

2. Some studies advise that a number of ejaculations per week will prevent cancer of prostate.

3. Eat red meat sparingly. It has been shown that consuming greater than four meals of beef per week will raise the chance of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain an effective diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to ensure sufficient intake of nutrients necessary for prostate health.

koudaku na co ty hned nemyslíš :D každopadně diky že si ochotný to sem dávat :) a souhlasím s lubou, nejvyrovnanější cwčka jsou tu, tak nažhavit motory a jedem ! :D

čus chtěl bych se opítat zda hráč může jezdit pod nějakým klanem xp a večer na cw pod wk jako to bylo třeba u fixy a pajose..podle toho jestli jsem dobře pochopil pravidla tak ject nesměli

Kdybych měl citovat pravidla, tak tam je uvedeno následující.

-Účast hráče v cupu s více účty nebo jedním účtem registrovaným ve více Klanech i těch co se tohoto Cupu neúčastní je NEPŘÍPUSTNÁ a trestá se jeho vyloučením z cupu a rovněž hostování není povoleno a je trestáno

-Jestliže by bylo porušeno jedno z výše uvedených pravidel bude tým potrestán odečtem bodů, které hráč případně v cw získal+odečteme dalších 10 bodů z výsledku cw a těch i v případě že viník nic v cw nezískal.
